They said they have a detector in the room they give office someone is smoking. There was also a $250 charge that I attempted to speak to someone on the phone 9 times over 2 days of being left on hold for the manager to tell me it was for smoking in the room.
When I got home I seen where they charged me $40 more for the 2nd night even thoughI verified it was the same rate for both nights at check in.
Went to the casino and half of their slot machines didn’t work. The tv, cable and internet was not working. As soon as I got off the elevator the entire floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Fir the money the room was well below standard. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I stayed at La’ Aberge, Baton Rouge for a continued education class being held at the hotel.
